From a young age, Dustin learned the value behind hard work and humility. Being raised on a farm, his work ethic and desire to learn spurred him towards new opportunities as he grew older.
Through multiple obstacles and learnings in his early career, Dustin proceeded to become a proven leader that has scaled multiple companies.
His leadership has been recognized through numerous awards from trusted third parties, including:

Dustin’s entrepreneurial journey unfolds in the home services industry. His ventures have collectively amassed an impressive $570 million in revenue, boasting remarkable growth stories.
The first organization experienced a swift ascent from $7 million to $158 million in just three years. Meanwhile, the second organization scaled from ground zero to an extraordinary $422 million over 12 years!
These achievements did not come without its challenges. Dustin remarks that one of the most effective ways to grow is to learn fast, using mistakes as an opportunity to do just that.

Shaping Communities
Dustin’s passions are not confined to the business realm. He is deeply committed to ministry work, founding the faith-sharing app MySharePal.
He actively contributes to various organizations in several capacities. He is on the national advisory board for a ministry called First Priority of America and also spearheaded launching a chapter of it in Kansas City. You can see Dustin personally teaching this chapter in the video on the left.
He is one of the founding members of the Barnabus Group KC. He is a founder circle member of the Global Orphan Project and Care Portal ministry.
To many non-profit organizations, Dustin coaches leaders, helping them scale by consulting to their operational processes and human resources.
